My Policies...

If you don't see exactly what you want, or if one of the pieces would be perfect if it was just done in your birthstone - I can make it so! Most of the items you see on my site can be made in any metal and with any gemstone - you decide what you need! Also, pierced can be made clip, and chains can be shortened, etc..., etc..., or vice-versa. If you have a 'special order' for me, please e-mail me and I'll get back to you with a price quote and an ETA (Expected Time of Arrival/delivery.) It usually takes 10-14 business days for a 'special order' to be in your hands.

If you need to have a ring sized (I hire that out) the company I use charges $20 to go up/down one size. I'd be happy to have that done for you; or you could take it to your local jeweler and possibly get it done cheaper (check it out first!) If you are 'special ordering' a ring, depending on the style, there may be no extra charge for the size you need. E-mail and ask!

On request I also sell loose stones and missing parts (like those pesky little earring backs!) Click on the Loose Gems link or e-mail me to check what I have in stock.

I guarantee that upon leaving my studio the jewelry you order will be in excellent condition/repair. If for some reason it is damaged in transit you must notify me as soon as it arrives. I will only take returns and/or make exchanges within three days of its arrival to you. (Unless 'special circumstance' prior arrangements have been made - ie: sizing a surprise engagement ring!) I say this as much to protect myself as to assure you.

... And, please do not purchase an Opal ring for your "very responsible" 14 year old daughter - Opals are extremely fragile, it will break, and I will not replace it for free!
